What We Provide

Our beautiful facilities and professional manner of caregivers and   staff make The Legacy a comfortable home for our aging residents. Our professional standards and services, in conjunction with excellent communication and follow-up with healthcare providers, are designed to promote healing and maintain

 

independence to all our residents. It is our goal, through the services we provide, to make residents feel loved and part of a family.

Meal Services

We handle the preparation of daily meals for our residents as well as snacks throughout the day. Through our personalized care plans, we deliver accommodations for special dietary needs for residents.

Daily Housekeeping

Our staff provides daily housekeeping to make beds, clean bathrooms and tidy up resident rooms.

Daily Exercise Class

Regular exercise can help boost energy, maintain independence, and manage symptoms of illness or pain. And not only is exercise good for  your body, it’s also good for your mind, mood, and memory.

Laundry Services

Scheduled weekly laundry services for residents' clothes and linens.

Medication Management

We partner with local pharmacies to make sure our residents have access to the medications they need. Our staff assists our residents by providing reminders and prompting to let them know when medication needs to be taken.

Personalized Care Plans

Scheduled weekly laundry services for residents' clothes. Some of our residents have unique needs, and we are willing to discuss and create plans to accommodate those needs.

Schedule Transportation

Residents can schedule local transportation with our staff for personal or group outings.

​Emergency Call System

Each resident is provided with a safety pendant that provides the ability to call for the assistance of our staff.

24-hour Staffing

We provide 24-hour staffing so that our residents needs are met around the clock.

Community Outings

As a group, we will plan community outings so that residents can stay connected with the community at parades, fairs, etc.

If I needed a place for myself, I would pick the Legacy! It is a very warm and homely environment that feels like a home setting. The staff goes out of their way in every circumstance. Monica and Kevin are the best and so dedicated to the residents. There are very few places that can live up to the Legacy’s high standards of care.
